2019 Board Nomination

Please complete this form to nominate an individual for a position on the 2019 VIHJA Board of Directors. Please note that all nominees must be members in good standing of VIHJA for 2018, and therefore also be members of Horse Council of BC. This will be checked against all nominees, and the board reserves the right to remove any nominee(s) that do not meet those criteria. All nominees will be contacted via email to confirm their acceptance of the nomination. Any unconfirmed nominations will be read at the AGM to receive confirmation. The Vancouver Island Hunter Jumper Association (VIHJA) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the development and promotion of hunters, jumpers and hunt seat equitation on Southern Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. VIHJA is commited to expanding and enhancing local equestrian competitions, clinics and opportunities for our members.

Please note, Vancouver Island Hunter Jumper Association and Horse Council memberships are required by all owners and riders before participating in any Vancouver Island Hunter Jumper Association horse show.

Membership entitles horses and riders to compete in a series of hunter/jumper horse show educating and encouraging them to improve their skills while promoting fair competition and sportsmanship. Educational opportunities through clinics and lectures are also available to members wishing to participate.
